We will take over the world
In 1982, Sister Boom Boom ran for San Francisco City Supervisor under the "Nun of the Above" ticket. She had fabulous campaign ads, gave eloquent speeches and won 23,000 votes. She didn't win the election, but she came close. Could history repeat itself?

Twenty years later, Sister Betty is threatening to run for California State Governor. Although I have to be realistic and express my doubts about her actually winning, I definitely think that it's something she should do. As Betty points out on her site, neither of our current choices for Governor are especially appealing. Besides, it would be really cool if she did win.If you'd vote for Sister Betty for Governor, go over to her site and let her know.
